Account Executive

Hi everyone!

#BahasaGlobal is an event management, language service provider, and communication services.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to manage client accounts, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to ensure success. In addition to handling client relations, you will also play a key role in generating sales to help drive the company’s growth. You will be directly responsible for preserving and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach. Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities and prospects with new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships.

Location: Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur
Full time – WFO Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITY

-Manage to find new clients 
-Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
-Unlock new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
-Present services to prospective clients
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
-Work closely with Account Assistant to monitor confirmation deadlines and ensure proper follow-up on services.
-Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
-Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
-Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
-Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
-Develop and deliver compelling pitches to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and goals.”

REQUIREMENT

-Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role with minimum -5 years of experience
-Familiar with government, coorporate, MICE, and event organizing
-Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
-Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
-Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
-Organizational and time-management skills
-Enthusiastic and passionate
-Ability to speak and write in English is an advantage
-Having experience in event organizing and or working with the media is a plus
