The committee of the event will have access to an admin booth which can interact with the visitors through a live chat feature. The Virtual Exhibition website can also provide a main stage to watch the live event through Zoom which is integrated in the website or alternatively allow participants to join using the Zoom application. The participants can access the Zoom webinar directly from the exhibition website. All of the designing of the website can be customized and will be supported by Bahasa Global.

In the breakout rooms, the participants can join another event’s session that available through Zoom and on the website which will be running parallel.
