Account Assistant – Document Translation

We need new people to fill in a permanent position as an Account Assistant – Document Translation for handling documents related to translation.

Location: Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur
Full time – WFO Monday to Friday

 

RESPONSIBILITY

– Prepare and manage accurate quotations for event management services
– Provide administrative support, including preparing supporting documents for the creation of contracts and agreements related to document translation services
– Check and respond to emails daily
– Record all incoming and outgoing project related to documents
– Manage the accuracy and completeness of documents related (document translation and note taking)
– Liaise with clients and talents (e.g. translators and note takers)

 Requirements:


– Graduated from linguistic or related degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
– Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Power Point and Excel
– Possessing a minimum TOEFL score of 550
– Attention to detail
– Proficiency with CAT tools (such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, Wordfast, OmegaT, etc.) 
– Skillful in time-management
– Able to work under pressure
– Proficient in written English and Bahasa Indonesia
– Able to work in a team and independently
– Willing to commute to our office in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta
